A 12 foot long “Ajgar” snake was captured from Rati Talai near Badi Village today

 

A 12 foot long “Ajgar” snake was captured from Rati Talai near Badi Village today.

As informed by Padam Singh Rathore of the Wild and Street Animal Rescue team, the 12 ft snake was sighted in a 40 ft deep well at Lehru Lals farm in Raatti Talai near Badi village.  It was said to have fallen into the well.

On getting the information, Padam, with his team, consisting of Praveen Singh, Arvind Singh, Prashant and Naveen, reached the site.

Seeing the snake floating in the water, with no immediate resource that could be used for rescue, Arvind went down the well and caught hold of the snake.  The snake was bought to land and as per instructions from DFO OP Sharma, let go in Kaler Forest area.
