Villagers rejoice for receiving the Patta of their lands

‘Prashasan Sheron Ke Sang’ scheme started by State government is in its second phase; continuing the phase Udaipur Municipal Council (UMC) distributed ‘Patta’ to around 50 villagers at Pratapnagar, the land formerly belonged to RIICO and was encroached by others.

‘Prashasan Sheron Ke Sang’ scheme started by State government is in its second phase; continuing the phase Udaipur Municipal Council (UMC) distributed ‘Patta’ to around 50 villagers at Pratapnagar, the land formerly belonged to RIICO and was encroached by others.

Today in the second phase of ‘Prashasan Sheron Ke Sang’ UMC spread broad smiles on faces of villagers, waiting from long time for the ‘Patta’ of their pre-owned land at Pratapnagar.

According to the information, the land actually belonged to RIICO and was being encroached, which gradually converting into a slum, recently adopted by Municipal Council and freed from illegal dwellers.

Though, sources say that there are about 250 plots which are waiting for ‘Patta’ to be allotted, due to some technical issues in files, process gets delayed.
