Follow Your Heart and Everything will Fall in place!!

Just when I thought about writing a Blog, a sudden realization happened. “I actually have something for writing”. Yayeee!!! I know what you guys might be thinking that here comes an amateur like many other who doesn’t have any idea about her ambition and trying her luck in writing just for the sake of trying any damn thing. Hmph.

Follow Your Heart and Everything will Fall in place!!Just when I thought about writing a Blog, a sudden realization happened. “I actually have something for writing”. Yayeee!!! I know what you guys might be thinking that here comes an amateur like many other who doesn’t have any idea about her ambition and trying her luck in writing just for the sake of trying any damn thing. Hmph.

Actually, you guys are 100% right. I thought the same, as a matter of fact. I was completely jobless so why not make the most of it. Moreover, this stuff interests me and doesn’t even require a Resume!

So, what actually am I doing in Udaipur Times? A Blogger – who has been appointed to give readers of the city an insight into fashion. I’ve always been quite fascinated about Fashion.

I love to read about it, the latest trends, reviews though I myself don’t like experimenting much. I’ve recently started my personal Fashion Blog. We’ll talk about it later for sure. And dear readers, for your very kind information, Fashion is not about wearing high-end brands, flaunting your Gucci bag or wearing a Jimmy Choo.

Its rather an art of personal self-expression. How would you like to present yourself in front of others. It’s not an excuse to be pretty, popular and charismatic. I know am getting quite philosophical but seriously, jokes apart, this is the only reason why I am here – to change the typical stereotype thinking of people about Fashion.

Talking about the city, I am unconditionally and irrevocably in love with Udaipur!!! Yea yea, I stole this line from Twilight but I ought to show my love for the spectacular city, though exaggeratedly.

It’s been 7 years since I came here and now I can’t stand the fact of leaving Udaipur. Apart from it’s rich cultural heritage and being acclaimed as “the city of lakes”, there’s one thing about Udaipur which makes it all the more amazing, “It’s People!” A variety of them and each one’s special in his/her own way. Helping, complaining and talking endlessly are some of their basic characteristics. I still need to know a lot and that will happen eventually.

At the end of the day, I just can’t stop grinning about the fact that I’ve finally got the opportunity to discuss and work on the 2 Loves of my Life, Fashion and Udaipur and writing about them on a public platform is a Cherry on the Cake. ^_____^

I’ll definitely talk about Fashion and its role in the City but that will have to wait until my next article. This was a bit of introduction about me and my further plans. I hope you enjoyed reading it guys. Stay tuned for my next article which will be all about Fashion and Udaipur.

Have a Nice Day,

Rahila.
