We are living in the 21st century (Modern & Smart), still our kids and students are getting trained by tradition education system. We teach them how to walk, but do not guide them for destination. Have you ever gone anywhere without deciding where to go and why? 

Whatever is written in the books is good. I do not criticize that, but choose education to become successful and at the end of education we count success in terms of package / CTC / salary but most of us do not talk & think in terms of money / salary at least till 10th standard.

We love to give education by costly & attractive books but we haven’t noticed that maximum people who are earning with any strategy is not written in the books and maximum people who are unemployed are facing one problem, i.e. they do not have the skills up to the market/industry requirements.

We don’t love to keep patience in business. In the very first month we want to earn good money but we forget that it took 20-25 years for education and we did wait so long to come at this stage of earning.

We love to bring our kids in parties but shout when he / she come at our office / shop and want to understand how his parents are earning. We send them home and say “go and study, it’s none of your business”

We love to buy gold and property for the safe future of our kids but we don’t want to invest little bit extra on the business. What they will do of gold and property if they are not earning well? And if they are earning well, do you think they will need your gold and property anyway? You can buy insurance for safe future of your children should anything happen to you before they start earning for themselves.

Why do we have such huge budget for weddings instead of education / business; isn’t this saving for so called ‘show off’? Is it possible to fulfill the needs by watching videos of his / her wedding? No! not at all.

We gift piggy banks in the small age to teach the importance of savings, We says NO to kids’ wishes (Sometime) to teach them importance of money but we never take a single step in early age to teach the importance of earning money.

Even by mistake students ask for part time job while studying to get experience, we say “We are earning enough, you just concentrate on your studies.”

Teaching towards practical life and needs is not responsibility of anyone but it’s the demand of time which needs attention of everyone! Parents / Schools / Colleges / Institutes, everyone have to work out on this killer issue otherwise there is no way to decrease the rates of unemployment / low salary issue.
