  • Mango skin – We normally peel off and throw away the skin. This king’s skin helps keep our skin free of blemishes, scars and dark spots. All we need to do is dry the fruit’s skin in the sun and powder it and use it as a face pack by mixing it with yogurt.
  • As a de-tanning agent – Vitamin C and E in the mango is a great de-tanning agent. Apply fresh milk cream on the mango skin and rub it on your face and hands that darken due to exposure. Leave for 15 minutes and wash with cold water.
  • Face wash – Mango pulp mixed with a teaspoon of almond powder and a tablespoon of milk should be applied to the exposed skin and washed after 10-15 minutes.
  • Cleanser – Rich in anti oxidants, mangoes help in detoxifying the skin. Mix a teaspoon of wheat flour with mango pulp. Apply the paste to the face in upward direction. Massage for a few minutes and wash after 10 minutes.
  • Removes acne – Boil a slice of raw mango in water. Use this water as astringent. Wash. It helps removing acne to a great extent.
  • Scrub – Mix mango pulp, half teaspoon of honey and half teaspoon of milk. Rub it on face in circular motion. It helps remove dead skin and blackheads.
