Udaipurites wanting authentic Panchkarma Ayurvedic treatment have some very good news. Gogunda based Kala Ashram Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital will start providing Panchkarma Ayurvedic treatment at Daitya magri based Kala Ashram Wellness Centre.

Panchakarma is Ayurveda’s primary purification and detoxification treatment. It comprises of five ayurvedic therapies namely Vamana, Virechana, Nasya, Basti and Raktamoskshana and works towards eliminating toxins from the body.

Dr Saroj Sharma, Director of the Wellness Centre said that the centre will provide complete treatment via ayurvedic methods. She mentioned that the centre will also employ yoga therapy, detox therapy, relaxation therapy etc for treating mental illness and working towards internal body purification.
