A unique gathering for Ganpati Puja is taking place at Polo Ground.

Around 200 people who are speech and hearing impaired got together to arrange the Puja on all days of the ongoing Ganpati festival, which will culminate with the Virasjan by this group.

On 9^th September, owner of Saheli Restaurant, Prem Goswami, took the initiative to organize a milk and kheer distribution session in the evening for all the participants.  Goswami got together with his friends who helped him in organizing the distribution on the site of the Puja.  All participants totaling to 200+ were served Kheer and Milk by Prem.

Prem is also well known for his fascination with little kids, whom he serves milk free of cost, as and when they visit his restaurant as locals or tourists.

Residents of Polo Ground and members of Field Club have appreciated him for his efforts.
