The residence of a senior BJP sangathan mahamantri was seized per Court orders, after he failed to pay up an outstanding debt of over Rs 3 Crore. Capital First finance, the company which provided the loan amount to the borrower, had the house seized through court orders and on the orders of the District Collector. The BJP leader, who is also the city’s district head of the party, was said to have an outstanding of more than Rs 3 Crore, which remained unpaid even after continuous reminders from the Mumbai based company, said a company representative.  There was no option but to seal the house, which is located in Shiva Park colony.
