Rajasthan State Indian Scouts and Guides and Mandal commission started a training camp for Scouts and Guides in Udai Niwas on Wednesday. The 5-day training camp is being attended by 2000 scouts and guides of 6 districts of Rajasthan. 

The scouts and guides performed cultural programmes like welcome song, folk songs, folk dances, instrumental music, march-past, and various other activities. 
As informed by Dilip Kumar Mathur, the scouts and guides will learn the art of living with limited resources, lay out gadgets, pits, cleanliness of surroundings, and also learn the art of developing skills for survival. 

Folk culture, eating habits and folk art will be exchanged between various  districts. The camp will also have colour party, march past, band display, physical display, exhibition, pioneering project, food plaza etc. 

The scouts and guides will be trained by local scout-guide organisations, administrative officers, educationists and the mandal commission officials.
