A one day induction program was organized for 1^st year management students of Advent Institute of Management Studies, Udaipur today.

Dr. Sunita Agarwal, Acting Director, MBA said that MBA is a unique program and right decision at the right time is the foundation of management.

Dr. Dipin Mathur, Coordinator MBA in his welcome speech has given emphasis on maintaining proper discipline, punctuality and optimum utilization of resources so that good management skills can be developed in new students. He also motivated students to maintain a profit and loss statement between the fees they paid and knowledge they gain in order to reap maximum benefits.

In the second session Dr. Shabbir Hussain Assistant Professor, PGDM, AIMST addressed the students and threw light on different aspects and dimensions of management. He also discussed that personality development and good communication skills are the need of current scenario.

In the post lunch session, Dr. Kadambari Jain, Sakshi Chouhan, Dr. Payal Sachdev, Dr. Vineet Kumar Jain explained the concept of management through various fun-frolic games. The students also showcased their talents and innovative skills during various competitions held for them.
