Seedling School, Udaipur celebrated their Annual Sports Day today at the school premises. The competition was declared open by Hardeep Baxi, Director of Seedling, on behalf of the Chief Guest B.R Bhati, ADM City, Udaipur.

Students from classes one to eight participated in the various events with great enthusiasm and zest. Various exciting and amazing hurdle races scheduled were boomboom blast, strange mummies, balance and blast, nakhrali gori, Satpad Payjama, four on two, run and hug, etc.

To spread the message of a very common phrase ‘A healthy mind in a healthy body’, students from 1^st till 5^th standard presented a show displaying some very useful exercises. They also put up a show on martial arts and self-defense.

A short skit on the same theme was also performed by students, and this received a thunderous applause from the parents and other audience at the venue.

Students who secured the first second and third position were given prizes and cheered for their excellent performance. On the occasion of sports day, Manpreet Singh Chhabra, Head Boy of the School, pledged to maintain the unity of the nation.

Monita Baxi, Director of the school honored the Chief Guest with a souvenir. B.R Bhati, while addressing the audience on the occasion of the event encouraged the students to go ahead in life with similar passion and enthusiasm which they had shown for the sports activites.

Principal of the school, Kirti Maken congratulated the parents on the outstanding performance of their kids. The event was concluded after the thanks giving speech by Hardeep Baxi, Director of the school.
