It has been noted that a number of students who study in Hindi medium schools step back in spite of their interest in the courses meant for CAs.

Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has now declared that students can write CA exams in Hindi medium though the paper is set in English language. They only need to write the technical terms in English and can solve the paper in Hindi. Usage of dual language in examinations will not attract negative marking. Students only need to learn technical terms in English since they cannot be explained in Hindi.
