‘Ceramic Education Chart’ to help educate students25 government schools have been selected for a newly introduced educational program known as ‘Ceramic Education Chart’ which will replace the traditional way of painting school walls with alphabets and object identification.

The program will be conducted by Samidha Sansthan (Udaipur), a local NGO under the guidance of District Education Department and Udaipur Municipal Corporation.

Painting walls of the schools with alphabets and objects were not very effective as it needed extra care from water and any manmade or natural damage. But ceramic tiles will be safer and more attractive for the children.

The physical form of the product is specially formulated with manufactured glazed wall tile. On these special tiles, the required image is imposed with help of fully automatic machine.

Bhupendra Kumar Jain, DEO (Middle School) informed, “Initially 25 schools around the district are selected according to their strength of students and we hope students will get benefit from this innovative way of learning.”
