The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Udaipur has welcomed 360 students into the 12th batch of its two-year MBA program. The inauguration ceremony for the 2023-25 MBA batch was graciously hosted by Alpesh Shah, the Managing Director and Senior Partner of Boston Consulting Group (BCG). The event was led by Prof. Ashok Banerjee, the Director of IIM Udaipur. Alpesh Shah, during his address, emphasized that in our rapidly evolving and volatile modern world, it's essential to arm ourselves with the right knowledge and skills. He likened life to a marathon, underscoring the importance of continuous progress and forward momentum.

Top-tier athletes like Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic, and Sachin Tendulkar have basked in the prime of their careers for considerable lengths of time, a result of their unwavering dedication and consistent performances. This echoes the truth that there are no shortcuts to success; it necessitates hard work and dedication. Prof. Banerjee echoed this sentiment by asserting that it was the students' determined effort and hard work that secured them a place in one of the country's most prestigious management institutes.

As part of this initiative, the institute recognized the first-year students, who are now in their final year, from the 2022-24 MBA program.
