Kailash Chaudhary completed his P.H.D. on “Effective coordination and characteristics of Teachers working in Accordance” under the guidance of Rajendra Prasad Sanadhya, Former Dean, Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University.

“To develop a holistic personality of teachers, in addition to the development of their academic qualifications, the need to develop their talents and habits in also necessary”, says Chaudhary in his doctoral research.

Kailash Chaudhary is an Assistant Professor at Lokmanya Tilak Teacher Training College (C.T.I.), Dabok.

In his findings, he pointed out the need for regular orientation and refresher courses on new ways of teaching and understanding their students. He adds that, a method to indulge the student in the subject in a class is equally important to the educational qualification a teacher holds.

Teachers should also be organized and keep track of all their students and their work in class. Maintaining a class attendance register and interacting with the students after the class hours is also an important aspect of developing a teacher, says Chaudhary. All this can improve the effectiveness of a teahcer’s effort of teaching.
