Mahrana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology will be organizing the 8th Convocation Ceremony at the University Auditorium on 22nd December 2014 at 11.30 am.

The coordinator of convocation ceremony Dr. SR Malu said that Governor of Rajasthan Kalyan Singh will honor 1563 students of the university with degrees. The graduating students enrolled in 2012-13 batch, 2013-2014 batch and the post graduates who were enrolled between 1 December 2012 to 30th November 2014 would be awarded with degree in the ceremony. The best students will be given gold medals.

Coordinator and Research Director Dr. PL Maliwal said that out of agricultural science, engineering, dairy and food technological science, home science, horticulture forestry and fisheries faculty, all the graduates (1176), post graduates (318), doctorate (69) and gold medalists (55) will be honored.

Examiner Dr. Virendra Paliwal mentioned that the entire detail of the convocation and the RSVP letter is provided on the university website. The last date to submit the RSVP  is 15th December 2014. The participants of the ceremony will have to collect their graduating gowns from Dairy Science college on 21st December at 11 am and compulsorily be a part of the dress rehearsal at 4.00 pm at the main venue.
