A seminar and conference was held at Maharana Mewar Public School on the subject ‘Nuclear Energy in India- Civil Benefits, Myth and Realities.’ The seminar was headed by Dr. Neelam Goyal (India’s Nuclear Friend).

Dr. Goyal stated that India’s nuclear energy department is in that position where the country is efficient to establish 30-30 megawatt thorium regulated nuclear powerhouses in every 3^rd village. However, the myths that follow with this energy source are creating hindrance to the development.

The teachers, students present at the seminar found Dr. Goyal’s insights quite inspiring and agreed that the general public should cooperate in such developmental policies of Indian government.
