700 Udaipur policemen enjoyed the Hindi movie Singham at Picture Palace theatre today in an exclusive morning show that was arranged for them. The show started at 10:15.

Singham – The super action filled film has already rocked Indian theatres with countless appreciations and many fair reviews.

The movie is not only a complete entertainer but it is also a 3 hour ‘sit-tight-lipped’ teaching session for every Indian who wants to fight corruption and its perpetuators.

The film depicts the story of Bajirao Singham (Ajay Devgun), a policeman of principals and how he fights with one shoddy businessman turned politician. The film also sets out an inspirational paradigm for real life policemen too.

This exciting break from tiring work schedule has definitely given some relief to the policemen; it also moved them within the lead character of Bajirao Singham throughout the movie.

Niranjan Alaha – SHO-Ambamata Police station said “this is a good initiative by the theatre; we heard that the movie is also very good”. After watching the movie he said “it’s like not everything will get changed but a little change is also good enough”.

Mukund Sanghi owner- Picture Palace and Ashoka cinema -said that “cinema in India has a big impact on the social life, because this movie is based on the life of a policeman, it will surely affect the working style of police”.

Films are said to be mirror of the society and in India it keeps a strapping place because India has a vastly stretched society composed of varied ethnicity and religions.

India is going through a lingering administrative turmoil as scams and inflation has weakened the roots of the nation, Indian Police force plays a very sensitive and responsible role to manage law and order, while working in between common public and high end politicians.

Singham has a story with a strong baseline, it depicts the valor of one man and how he protects his own self esteem.
