Several programs were held on the occasion of National Voluntary Blood Donation Day at Rabindra Nath Tagore Medical College today by Department of Pathology and Blood Bank.

The event was started with a rally by students to spread awareness about blood donation followed by debate competition and poster presentation.

Thereafter, several volunteers were honored for their remarkable contribution. Dinesh Chordia, one of the blood donor has donated blood 45 times, other blood donors honored on the occasion are Asghar Momin (28 times), Tahira Kholiya (22 times), Girwar Singh (18 times) and Gopal Bunkar (10 times).

Chief Guest of the program was Dr. S.K Kaushik, Principal RNT Medical College, Dr. Chandra Mathur, Additional Principal and HoD Pathology Department.

Blood Donation Camp at St. Gregorious College

Students of St. Gregorious College have taken part in the blood donation camp organized at the college campus today.

Blood Donation Camp at Ramada

Blood donation camp was also organized at Ramada Resort and Spa today. Many employees of the organization came forward for the cause and donated blood.
