Adarsh Ayurveda Government Dispensary, Sindhi Bazar is organizing special yoga camp from 1^st December to 15^th December for people suffering from obesity.

Head Dr. Shobhalal Audichya emphasized that people are inclining towards health through yoga and for this, people with eight 70 kg and more can attend this camp from 6 AM to 7.30 AM. In this camp, people will be helped to lose up to 7 Kg without the use of any medicine.

Yoga trainer Ashok Jain, Gopal Dangi and Prem Jain will conduct the sessions in the camp where they will teach Pranayama, Kapalbhati, Anulom-Vilom and Bhastrika etc. to help curb problems of thyroid, migraine, obesity, blood pressure and other diseases.
