Horse Safari starts at Dudh Talai
District Collector Ashutosh Pednekar inaugurated the Horse Safari today at Dudh Talai. The new service will be effective from today and every Sunday from morning 7 to 9:30. People can enjoy the serene beauty of Lake Pichola and Sisarma on horseback.
District Collector Ashutosh Pednekar inaugurated the Horse Safari today at Dudh Talai. The new service will be effective from today and every Sunday from morning 7 to 9:30. People can enjoy the serene beauty of Lake Pichola and Sisarma on horseback.
The Horse Safari is an initiative to protect Marwari breed of horses, and will also give an exciting tour alternative to both locals and tourists.
On the first day, 6 people enjoyed the 5km long horse ride that started from Dudh Talai till Sisarma. The ride was started after the formal inauguration by collector.
With horse ride, the department of animal husbandry is also planning to start a Summer Horse Riding Camp for children but the exact date is yet to be finalized.
