KCCI introduces New executive committee

The New Executive Committee and governing body of the Kaladwas Chamber of Commerce and Industries (KCCI) took oath to office on 18 Feb,2012 and were handed over the charge. 12 working members and 6 members of the governing body were selected in the elections held on 16th February and were pledged in by the Chief Guest Gulab Chand Kataria (MLA). In the same event, the previous committee was also honored and bid farewell with a memento.

The New Executive Committee and governing body of the Kaladwas Chamber of Commerce and Industries (KCCI) took oath to office on 18 Feb,2012 and were handed over the charge.

12 working members and 6 members of the governing body were selected in the elections held on 16th February and were pledged in by the Chief Guest Gulab Chand Kataria (MLA). In the same event, the previous committee was also honored and bid farewell with a memento.

Gulab Chand Kataria congratulated the new team and said, “The new committee must take the good work forward from where their seniors have left. We hope to see this area as a developed area of the city soon and we as public representatives are always there to help.”

KCCI introduces New executive committeeSajjan Katara (MLA) and Pramod Samar (BJP State Minister) were also present on the occasion. Girish Joshi, one of the earliest members of the KCCI was honored in the event for his support to the association from the very beginning.

K.K Sharma, ex- President, threw some light on the work done by the committee in the last working tenure and said, “We tried to solve a lot many problems, but to mention a few major ones, I would say we acquired a land of 2,000 Sq meter from the RIICO for the expansion; a bank and an ATM has been setup here for the ease of daily transactions. A major trouble of public transportation is still left; hopefully we will overcome it soon”

Manoj Joshi, the newly appointed President said, “a new member being appointed in the committee does not mean that the job of old members is done. It is just a post that we are handed and we will all work together for the betterment of the association.”

The working committee and the governing body of the KCCI are changed every 2 years and are responsible for the overall development of the promising Industrial area of Kaladwas.
