Office of the Controller of Examinations, MLSU have declared that 7^th Convocation of Maharana Pratap University of Agricultural and Technology will be held on Thursday, 20^th December, 2012 at 11.00 AM in MLSU Auditorium, University Campus Udaipur.

All the Graduates who passed their degrees during the academic session 2011-12 and Master’s and Ph.D. Scholars, who have passed their degree during the period ranging from 01.12.2011 to 30.11.2012, are hereby invited to attend the convocation to receive their degrees.

The Master and Ph.D. degree holders, whose theses are approved by Director of Resident Instructions till 5.00 PM of 30th November 2012, will be considered for award of the degrees in the convocation. The University Gold Medals for Graduates, Master and Ph.D. degrees, for the concerned academic session shall also be conferred during the convocation.

The concerned candidates are invited to attend the convocation and accordingly send their acceptance in the prescribed Performa to the Controller of Examinations latest by 15th December, 2012. The robes will be made available to the candidates on 19th December 2012 till 1.00 PM, in the College of Dairy & Food Science Technology, University Campus Udaipur.

The candidates attending the convocation will be required to present themselves for full dress rehearsal on 19th December 2012, at 2.00 PM in MLSU, Auditorium, in which attendance of the candidates who have sent their consent for participation in the convocation is mandatory, otherwise they will not be considered for award of the degree in the convocation. The Gold Medals and Ph.D. degrees will be conferred on dais.

Every candidate attending convocation will be required to pay nominal hire charges for Robe (Gown) & Hood and also deposit Rs. 600/- as security money refundable on the return of Robe (Gown & Hood).

One or two family members (parents/brothers/sisters) of Ph.D. & Gold-medal recipients may accompany the candidate during the convocation, for which the candidate should enter the name of family members in the acceptance letter well in advance. They would be required to get their entry passes at the time of rehearsal on 19.12.2012, from the respective counters.
