Newly Elected APTI Felicitated at BN Phrama College

In the recently held elections of Association of Pharmacy Teachers of India (APTI) Dr. Mahesh D Burande from Pune was elected as its President and Dr.BP Nagoori, from Jodhpur and Dr.R.S. Bhamber from Nashik were elected as its Vice-Presidents at the national level.

In Rajasthan state Dr. Indrajeet Singhvi from Pacific Institute of Pharmacy was unopposed elected as President and Dr. Rajesh Asija from Maharshi Arvind College of Pharmacy, Jaipur and Dr.Rajesh Yadav, Deputy Registrar, RUHS both were elected as Vice-Presidents. Dr.Kamal Singh Rathore and Dr. Ashok Dashora were nominated as Secretary and Treasurer respectively.

Dr. Mahendra Singh Ranawat, former vice president, APTI and presently Principal of Bhupal Nobles’ College of Pharmacy, Udaipur conveyed that the felicitation ceremony for the newly elected and nominated members was held at Kumbha Sabhagar, Bhupal Nobles’ Sansthan, Udaipur.

He welcomed the guest, congratulated the newly elected and nominated members and emphasized on strengthening the state and central branched, adopting various activities and raising the funds.

On this occasion various principals also bestowed with their presence, some of the dignitaries were: Dr.C.P.Jain, Prof and Head, Dept of Pharmacy, MLS University, Dr. P.K. Chaudhury Prof, MLSU.

Dr. B P Nagoori thanked all the state branch members for their valuable vote and support in his favor. He also gave winning formula for success in life by various illustrative examples of commitment, confidence and connectivity. He assured for extension of full support for strengthening the state branches.

Dr. Indrajeet Singhvi told that his priority will be to make the APTI more active and he announced the first RAJ-APTICON-2014 to be held at Alwar in Feb.2014.

Dr.Rajesh Asija and Dr.Rajesh Yadav deliberated to make a move for pharma fraternity and raise the funds for noble cause like research, travel and for securities of the members.

Dr.KS Rathore announced for some activities for the Rajasthan APTI members like e-journal, website dedicated to fraternity along with games and literary activities at least once a year at different places in Rajasthan.
