Ten Muslim Couples pledged into the knot of marriage, in second mass wedding ceremony organized by Life Progressive Society, Udaipur. Hundreds of community members took part in the grand function to bless the newly wedded couples.

The very mass wedding was organized with efforts of Life Progressive Society on second occasion in the same year. The first edition of such communal event was held in month of May 2013.

Baraat procession of second mass wedding initiated from Dargah at Ashwini Bazaar, which travelled across Delhi Gate, Surajpol and concluded at Town Hall.

The Nikah ceremony was preceded by Scholars of community, which followed mass fest. The wedded couples were gifted with house hold goods and other necessary things from organizing committee, informed Dr. Khalil Agwani, President, Life progressive Society.
