Set a Goal neither Easy nor Impossible: Pawan Kaushik

40 officials of Rajasthan Administrative Training Center discussed communication skills and body language which was led by Hindustan Zinc’s Head of Corporate Communication Pawan Kaushik.

Addressing the gathering, Pawan Kaushik said that besides education and fine appearance, sharp communication skills is much required. The message imparted should not only be natural but also complete, without the need to use difficult words.

Throwing light at the skill of communication, he further added that it is imperative to be abreast with communication skills in the era of information technology.

The two-way communication was set between the orator and the officials present at the venue who discussed various questions & answers regarding success. In accordance to this, Kaushik explained that success and failure go hand in hand that help one to reach the desired goal.

He said, “Communication has always been the essence of creating not just awareness but also generating perception. Right communication and right strategy play an important part in changing the mind-set of society.” Kaushik informed that “Hindustan Zinc, has been driving the vision of Anil Agarwal, Chairman Vedanta Group, who has said that what we take from the society, a portion of the same should go back to the society. The essence of giving is very necessary.” “Self-assessment is the best tool to move forward. Strengthen your positives and work on the areas where you need improvement. Nothing is negative.  A positive state of mind and an optimistic approach is what is required to succeed” he told all participants.

Towards the end, Pawan Kaushik reminded all to not only set the goal but also to define the route for its achievement.
