Wedding pictures of 100 Years preserved in a Book
Long Exposure-The Camera at Udaipur 1857-1957 was unveiled recently in a function held at Visual Art Gallery of Indian Habitat Center, New Delhi. The book is prepared by Maharana Mewar Historical Publication Trust, an arm of Maharana Mewar Charitable Foundation.

The book contains 245 black & white and color photographs of various wedding ceremonies, social function which took place in Mewar between the year 1857 to 1957.
On the occasion of World Museum Day, the book was unveiled by Dr. Venu Vasudevan, director general of Delhi National Museum.
Maharana Arvind Singh Mewar, patron and president of Maharana Mewar Charitable Trust addressed the audience and informed them about the book. The book is written and complied by Pramod Kumar K.G, Mrinalini Venkateshwaran, S. Giri Kumar and Lauren Power.
The book costs Rs.1999 and is available at Udaya Museum Book Shop at Udaipur City Palace Museum.
