One of the city's most well-known restaurants, Pandit Pav Bhaji is located on the Town Hall Link Road in Udaipur. They also have a food stall (thela) set up in front of the Town Hall gate. Since 1981, Pandit Pav Bhaji has been serving its customers.

This restaurant is owned and operated by two brothers, Bhavar and Shyam Lal. After finishing school, they used to both work with their father. Their father used to work at their Pav Bhaji stall in 1981. They learned the art of making Pav Bhaji from their father. Beginning in 2000, their father began to supervise the management tasks, and Bhavar Lal and Shyam Lal officially began their fieldwork.

Why is Pandit Pav Bhaji so well-known in Udaipur?
Bhaji is a blend of selected veggies. Their home-made Indian spices are the secret to its flavour. They don't use readymade spices. The process of making the bhaji is also very different.
