This restaurant is owned and operated by two brothers, Bhavar and Shyam Lal. After finishing school, they used to both work with their father. Their father used to work at their Pav Bhaji stall in 1981. They learned the art of making Pav Bhaji from their father. Beginning in 2000, their father began to supervise the management tasks, and Bhavar Lal and Shyam Lal officially began their fieldwork.

“It's been 40 years, and as our experience grew, we became experts in preparing this dish.” - Shyam Lal
