Body Basics: It's You vs You
Is it all about the exercise to keep your body fit and in shape? Is it only the intense exercising which makes you feel good and look better? I won't wonder if you say “yes”. But I guess it’s simply a Big No.

Is it all about the exercise to keep your body fit and in shape? Is it only the intense exercising which makes you feel good and look better? I won’t wonder if you say “yes”. But I guess it’s simply a Big No.
I truly believe that a strong, healthy mind reside in a healthy body. Just think, if all of your body, which is made up of cells will be gone in one year.
Don’t worry, that doesn’t mean your body will be vanished in a year, but the matter of fact is that your body is “Re- created “every year. The old Cells are Out and new cells are In. Everything in your body is constantly degenerating and re generating, and believe me it’s not something which is going to start tomorrow or day after tomorrow or after a month or on your next birthday, “but it’s going on right know”.
I am sure while you’re reading this article your body is in a continuous cycle of re- creation.
The pace of this Process completely depends on your age. Somewhere at around 25-27 years of age, the process of building up crosses over to a process where the degeneration speeds up than regeneration. For example: A flower grows until it stops growing. Then it begins dying. This is a natural process.
But it’s not inevitable. Unlike a flower, we can do something about this i.e., we can adapt and evolve.
We have the opportunity to re-create ourselves. If we choose we can feel and look better, for life when we decide to do it and we know how.
Now you must be thinking what it takes to re- create ourselves, I guess you are right if you are thinking “food”. Literally , it’s an old saying “You are what you eat”, it’s true. Even though everyone has heard it from time to time, but I discovered that very few people actually understand this.
Isn’t it shocking? But yes very few are clear about the nutrition fundamentals; they have no clue about what they are doing to themselves with the food they eat. Not most of the people are aware of how much better they can feel and look if they re-create themselves intentionally rather then feeding themselves accidentally.
Well the Good NEWS is, it doesn’t have to be complicated. It’s downright simple. Once you learn it correctly, you never have to relearn it. It’s Kind of learning to drive a car- its bit of intimidating at first, but with little practice, you will be “up to speed”
Myth: If you exercise, it doesn’t matter what you eat.
Fact: If you exercise, it matters even more what you eat.
Remember, it’s not only about the quality nutrition, so as soon as you start exercising intensely, you must begin eating the right way; you must start consistently feeding your body what it needs to re-create itself, so you can enjoy rapid and rewarding progress. (Exercise is the spark. Nutrition is the fuel. Without both there can be no fire- no results.)
