Compensation Demanded for Lake Drowned Youth

Vijay Jatia the 17 year-old boy who died yesterday by drowning in Goverdhan Sagar Lake, hailed from a very poor family background and was the only earning hand of the family and due to his sudden death the family is left helpless.

Vijay Jatia the 17 year-old boy who died yesterday by drowning in Goverdhan Sagar Lake, hailed from a very poor family background and was the only earning hand of the family and due to his sudden death the family is left helpless.

Vijay is survived by his father, mother and elder brother.

Pleading for financial support from the administration; the Bhartiya Janta Yuva Morcha (BJYM) presented a Memorandum to the ADM City, Yasin Pathan and requested early compensation that is entitled to the deceased’s family.

The compensation amount will help the family in their daily survival.

Vijay, resident of Housing Board Colony, Goverdhan Vilas was the youngest son in the family and used to work as daily wage laborer as his father is unable to work due to medical illness and his elder brother is also unemployed.

The memorandum was signed by Vaibhav Bandari and Mohan Gurjar, the Mahamantri and President of the Bhartiya Janta Yuva Morcha and supported by various members including area councilor Chanda Rao.
