With the diggings on old and new roads going on in the city to support “Smart City” initiatives, there are a few places in the city where there is tremendous discomfort for the bypassers as well as residents of those areas.  

The residents have complained aplenty, but no one seems to be giving a helping hand to solve these issues.

A commercial tower located in the middle of Ashwani Bazar has been facing this issue over the last many months, and inspite a lot of road work going on in the vicinity around Hathipol, the administration is not giving any respite even when the problem is visible wide open on the road.  These broken ditch stones could result in serious accidents for the commuters.

Ahmed Hussain Colony in Mulla Talai is another such example where from the last two years the residents are suffering due to bad condition of roads. Everywhere you can find uncountable ditches and holes.

Inspite of making a number of verbal as well as written complaints, no respite is visible.  Apart from making it difficult to commute on these roads, it could be cause for serious accident as well due to the pot holes as well as electric cables lying in the middle of the road.
