In this demonstration, the mass alleged that in few remote villages people of the caste are deprived of various facilities, which is affecting all round development of the area as well the residents. As a result, the people are forced to live in poverty.

According to the leader of the caste, among the several point demand, most important is to raise the reservation percentage to 16% in government jobs, which was however reduced to 5%. In teacher appointment, reservation of least 36% must be kept.
