“Stop child marriage” was the message given in a rally carried out by The Bharat Scouts and Guides in Udaipur. The rally began from SIERT office. Scouts and guides conveyed the negative effects of child marriages in this rally.

The Bharat Scouts and guides distributed message pamphlets conveying messages for stopping child marriages. Post rally, District and Session Court Judge Devendra Singh Kachwaha even initiated Anti-Child marriage campaign in SIERT auditorium. Collector Mallick gave details of administrative steps against child marriages.

Girl students of Commerce College conducted plays depicting the negative effects of child marriages. ADJ-2 Mahendra Dave also threw light on the laws against child marriages. Anti-Child marriage campaign will go on for three months. As per this campaign paralegal volunteers, panel lawyers, judicial officers and administrative officers will keep an eye on the marriages happening this season. They will keep a check that no child marriage takes place anywhere at all.
