Students of JJ Arts Academy, the first academy in Udaipur offering coaching services for entrance into premium BArch courses across the country have made Udaipur proud this year.
Javed Ali, an architect himself and owner of JJ Arts Academy, in his interaction with UdaipurTimes, expressed satisfaction on the performance of his students, who, he says, justified the faith both the academy and the students placed in each other over an years effort. The JJ Arts Academy boasts of over 150 NATA selections in the last 4 years – a major achievement, which breaks the hegemony of bigger coaching institutes in the metros.
The highest scorer for the Academy was Ibrahim Hitawala, who got a NATA score of 134.25 and took the 458th rank in the JEE B.Arch.
Over 500 Colleges including JJ School of Architecture, Mumbai are affiliated with NATA entrance and over 30 colleges IITs, NITs are affiliated to JEE B.Arch. As per Javed, all the qualified candidates in NATA (Cut off 70) are expected to get into good colleges. Ibrahim, holding a 458 JEE AIR, will hopefull get a call from either if SPA Delhi or in any of the NITs, because the cut off rank in those institutes in the previous year was 520.
