Ryan International School, Udaipur organized a two day Parent’s Orientation program. The program was based on the teaching methodologies and the extra co-curricular activities conducted in the school.

The workshop was conducted by Ms. Mamta Nanda from Ryan Delhi. The workshop focused on the Ryan pattern and emphasized on the vision of founder Chairman Dr. Augustine F. Pinto & Managing Director Madam Grace Pinto that at Ryan we “Train children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it” (Proverbs 22:6).

The workshop emphasized on aspects like, encouraging children towards reading, involving kids in day to day discussions at home to update their knowledge on current affairs and general knowledge.

Parents must encourage positive attitude of children and ensure constructive interactions. The most important point of discussion was comparison should not be made among the students as each child is different with different capabilities.

The orientation program was a brilliant opportunity for parents to know what to expect in the coming year and also equip them for it. They also got to know the teachers in the different classes. The speaker explained the pattern for conducting examinations, the extracurricular activities and the support required from parents.
