17th Annual Function of Seedling Modern Public School and Seedling The World School, Sapetia will be organized at Town Hall, Udaipur Municipality on 30th November and 1st December.

Books are the best friends of human beings – the theme this time will be “Once upon a time“.

The theme highlights the fact that the children of 21st Century have forgotten the habit of reading and remain busy playing virtual games in the digital world. Internet has practically replaced everything including relationships family time and even books. The protagonist in the dance drama, who is a father, invents an interesting and alluring game which requires diligent reading of some of his favourite books namely Harry Potter, Mulan, Hercules, Beauty and the Beast Rupenzel, Pirates of Caribbian, etc. which not only teaches moral values but also enables children to once again inculcate the habit of reading books.

Chief Guest of the program on 30 Nov will be J P Sharma, Vice Chancellor of MLSU and guest of honour will be Sushila Nagori, DEO Primary Education, Udaipur. On 1st Dec, J.P. Agarwal, Chairman, Geetanjali Group, Udaipur will do the honors as the chief guest while the mantle of guest of honor will be taken by Naresh Chandra Dangi, District Education Officer (Secondary Head Quarters), Udaipur.

The participants are going to enact iconic characters like Rupanzel, Beauty, Mermaid, Harry Potter, Hercules and Mary Poppins. The students are going to showcase dances on songs namely Shiva, Redmi, Chatte Batte, Be Our Guest, Russian Kalinka, Ballroom, Hawaii, Brazil, etc.  The event will also feature an award ceremony where students will be felicitated for their performances in academics, sports and extra curricular activities.
