Not to forget the importance of sleeping; Seju sleeps 8 hours each night, with a 3 hours nap during the day.
Being a Personal Trainer and looking after ones body is not an easy job but the benefits outweigh all the hard work. Seju trains 6 days a week, minimum of 2 hours each time. He also eats 6-7 smaller meals a day, including 15 eggs (egg whites to be exact, which are rich in protein) and has protein shakes twice a day.
After having been trained as a Personal Trainer in Mumbai’s K11 Fitness Academy Seju joined Talwalkars Udaipur where he has worked as a Personal Trainer for the last 4 years. Altogether he has been into fitness for 8 years.
The Junior Study children thoroughly enjoyed the informative and fun session and made a promise to stay away from junk food and try and be fit.
