Prabodh Seju, a 25-year old Personal Trainer (PT) joined The Junior Study assembly this morning to discuss the importance of training and being fit. He also discussed his healthy eating habits (meaning that burgers, pizza, noodles, ice cream and french fries are out).

Not to forget the importance of sleeping; Seju sleeps 8 hours each night, with a 3 hours nap during the day.

Being a Personal Trainer and looking after ones body is not an easy job but the benefits outweigh all the hard work. Seju trains 6 days a week, minimum of 2 hours each time. He also eats 6-7 smaller meals a day, including 15 eggs  (egg whites to be exact, which are rich in protein) and has protein shakes twice a day.
