Udaipur CMHO reported COVID 89 Positive Samples in Udaipur today. With 2,602 sample reports being received, this number 89 is the highest per day positivity rate since 1 June 2021. The total number of per day cases at 89 is also the highest in terms of per day cases since 1 June. On 1 June, Udaipur had a total 107 cases reported positive on a single day.

The total number of active cases yesterday was 60, which is 143 today, with just 6 patients being cured during the last 24 hours. 80 new patients were found positive today and and 9 were close contacts of existing patients. Udaipur has reported 6 Omicron patients till date and 1 death due to Omicron, which has been identified by the Central Health Department as the first Omicron induced death in the country.
