This is the most shocking and disgusting incident. A brother molested his sister, a minor, for which he has now been sentenced to 20 years of prison.

This young girl got the biggest shock of her life. The boy she considered her brother has scarred her for ever. The news dates back to 27^th June 2014. This “so called brother” called this young girl home for dinner which he described as traditional ‘prasadi’. Ganesh was treated as brother by this girl who went with him accepting the invitation.

On the night of ‘prasadi’ on 22^nd June, Ganesh went to pick Naina(name changed) from her house along with his friend. Riding on pillion on the bike, she reached Bhatewar with these two young boys. Ganesh and his friend took her to a house behind an under construction building. Until now the unsuspecting girl hadn’t seen any wrong motive in the minds of these two boys. But after reaching the lone house, she suspected foul play.

Naina pleaded to these two boys to get her back home. She even reminded Ganesh that he was her brother and he should respect the relationship. Giving no heed to her pleas, the boys molested her one by one. After Ganesh had raped this girl, he left her there with his friend who also raped her and then took her to his sister’s house in Bhatewar. There also he raped her constantly.

Early morning the next day, Naina in a mentally depressed and shocking state of mind fled from that house and reached a dargah in Kapasan. Staying there for 3 days, she left for home after gaining back her normal senses. She narrated the whole incident to her parents.

The matter was reported in Kheroda police station. Since the crime comes under heinous act, Ganesh has been sentenced to 20 years of prison. His friend’s hearing is pending in the court of Principal Magistrate since the friend was a minor at the time the incident took place.

Ganesh s/o Babu Lal Kir has been sentenced to 20 years of rigorous imprisonment along with a penalty of 25 thousand rupees. Naina gave her statements under section 164 which were repeated during trials as well. Since there was no element of doubt in her statements, the court giving her due concern gave final decision against Ganesh.
