Cadila Pharmaceuticals to setup Manufacturing Operations in Udaipur
The Rajasthan State Administration has sanctioned land to Ahmadabad based Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited to establish a medicinal manufacturing plant in Kaladwas, Udaipur’s RIICO Industrial Area. The plant is likely to revolutionize the business sector in Udaipur and will generate job opportunities for locals.

The Rajasthan State Administration has sanctioned land to Ahmadabad based Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited to establish a medicinal manufacturing plant in Kaladwas, Udaipur’s RIICO Industrial Area. The plant is likely to revolutionize the business sector in Udaipur and will generate job opportunities for locals.
The decision came into force on Wednesday, 13th June in a cabinet meeting led by the Chief Minister, Ashok Gehlot. An investment proposal of Rupees 8,808 Crore has been sanction by Rajasthan Government. Cadila is one of the company listed, a local daily reports.
Cadila will invest Rs.130 Crore on a 30 acre land already reserved by RIICO.
