The Central Telecommunications Department has initiated the launch of the "Chakshu" portal. Individuals have the option to lodge complaints on this platform concerning phone calls and messages that involve them in financial fraud or extortion, or express worries about such occurrences.
Furthermore, complaints about diverse types of fraud, including modifications to bank accounts, KYC procedures, Paytm wallets, obtaining new SIM cards, gas connections, electricity connections, and more, are also permitted.
