Through this portal, you have the ability to file complaints regarding any form of deception and fraud happening via phone calls, WhatsApp calls, and messages. The Central Telecommunications Department has initiated the launch of the "Chakshu" portal. Individuals have the option to lodge complaints on this platform concerning phone calls and messages that involve them in financial fraud or extortion, or express worries about such occurrences.

Furthermore, complaints about diverse types of fraud, including modifications to bank accounts, KYC procedures, Paytm wallets, obtaining new SIM cards, gas connections, electricity connections, and more, are also permitted. In addition, individuals have the option to report cyber and financial fraud by contacting the Cyber Crime Helpline at number 1930 or accessing the central website at https://www.cybercrime.gov.in/
