Udaipur, October 14, 2024 – While there has been no news of the man-eater leopard of Gogunda, a fresh incident of leopard attack was reported early this morning , October 14, very close to home. A calf was attacked and killed at Badi village  just 10 kms from Udaipur city.

The calf was tied in the courtyard of the house of Devilal Chaubisa. When in the morning, a woman from the house went out to milk the cow she found the calf dead.

This incident has led to an atmosphere of fear among residents in the neighbourhood. Meanwhile, search for the man-eater leopard which has killed several people in the past one month continues with combing operations by several teams continuing in the area.
