A man has been arrested with a red-faced monkey on Thursday. The man was performing with the monkey in the streets of Bhattiyani Chohatta with the purpose of entertaining the foreign tourists. As per reports, the red-faced monkey (Rhesus Macaque) was tied up with chains and was being made to perform acts to entertain public. Volunteer of Wild Life Crime Control Bureau Anil Rogers was informed who in turn informed the forest department. The flying squad of forest department arrested this street performer (madari) under the Wild Life Act and sent the monkey to the rescue centre of Biological Park.
