Public will be able to directly send their complaints to MLA Vishvaraj Singh Mewar
Udaipur, October 19, 2024 - Nathdwara MLA Vishvaraj Singh Mewar has started a unique initiative in an effort to ensure the swift resolution of public grievances. Yesterday, October 18, he launched a special online portal (vishvarajsinghmewar.org), which will serve as a powerful platform for the public to directly communicate their complaints to the MLA.
Through this portal, citizens can register their grievances, which will then be forwarded to the relevant authorities. The MLA will then immediately instruct the concerned officials to take action. Once the issue is resolved, the complainant will receive an update through the portal itself. This process will ensure timely resolution of problems, providing relief to the public.
Registering a Complaint
To register a complaint, citizens need to visit the website vishvarajsinghmewar.org. Open any web browser on your mobile device and enter this link (vishvarajsinghmewar.org) to enter the portal. You will need to create an account by entering your name, mobile number, and password, which will be created instantly. After logging in, you can submit your complaint, which will go directly to the MLA. This account will be permanent, allowing you to log in and submit complaints for all future concerns.
Complaints Can Be Submitted Anytime
MLA Mewar stated that with the introduction of this online grievance resolution portal, locals can submit their complaints anytime. Farmers, women, the elderly, businesspeople and working individuals will no longer need to wander around offices to file complaints. They can now register their complaints through this portal at their convenience.
He said: "This portal is part of our efforts to resolve public issues without delay. Public grievances will reach me directly, and I will personally ensure their timely resolution."
Transparency Provided
The biggest advantage of this portal is that it makes the entire process, from registering the complaint to its resolution, transparent through digital means. The public will also have access to the status of their complaints on the portal.
This initiative marks the beginning of a new direction in communications and cooperation between the public and their representative. Citizens will be provided with a simple and effective platform to resolve their issues, promoting transparency and accountability in administrative functioning.
The launch event for this online portal took place yesterday, October 18, at RTDC Gokul in Nathdwara. It was attended by Sub-Divisional Officer Raksha Parik, Development Officer, and other officials from Nathdwara sub-division. MLA Mewar dedicated the portal to the public.
Pilot Project for Khamnor Tehsil
Currently, this online grievance resolution portal has been launched as a pilot project for Khamnor tehsil in its first phase. Based on the feedback from this phase, it will be extended to the entire Nathdwara Assembly constituency in the second phase. In the coming days, the portal will also be available as an app on the Play Store.
Receiving and handling complaints will also aid in building a database, which will facilitate tracking the main concerns in the region, the number of issues resolved to date, and other details. There will be more transparency and a record of all the complaints, along with the date they were resolved, will always be with them. This online complaint process will also prove environmental friendly lessening paper printing and fuel usage.
