On Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at the Collectorate, protest was done by Rajasthan Teachers and Panchayati Raj Employees Union. They demanded the removal of ban on teacher transfers. The Union's office bearers handed a memorandum to the Collector on behalf of the Chief Minister and the Chief Secretary under the direction of District President of the Union Swaroop Singh Shaktawat.

During this, State President of Rajasthan Teachers and Panchayati Raj Employees Union Sher Singh Chauhan and Vice President Naveen Vyas officials were present. On this occasion, the officials said that since 2018, Third- grade teachers are waiting for transfer.

For ten years, thousands of teachers have worked in TSP and Dark Zone districts hundreds of kms away from their homes and families, yet even after that time, they have not made adjustments in normal districts. Every year, the government transfers every category of employee, including teachers. The third-grade teacher transfer policy, however, was not put into practice. A stat-wide movement has been started by the organization and will continue till the transfer starts.

State President of Rajasthan Teachers and Panchayati Raj Employees Union, Sher Singh said that by removing the ban on transfer of teachers in the state for the last five years, the transfer process should be completed by June 30 by taking applications soon. Teachers working in TSP and restricted districts should be sent to their home districts by starting the adjustment process soon in normal districts. Bherulal Kalal, Prem Singh Bhati, Arvind Meena, Suresh Garasia, Narendra Awana, Lokesh Damor etc. were present at the moment.
