In September, the city welcomed a staggering 161,000 tourists, marking the highest figure in 14 years. Among this influx of visitors, 153,000 were domestic tourists, while 8,701 were international travelers. This total number of tourists represents an increase of 1,134 compared to August and a remarkable 59,588 more than the previous September.

With the onset of the tourist season, it is anticipated that if an average of 200,000 to 200,000 tourists visit over the next three months, the total for the current year could soar to a whopping 20 Lakh by December.
