Residents of Variyon ki Ghati in inner city area are in deep trouble since last 3 days. They are not getting drinking water supply as the pipe line has been damaged following the sewerage line work. When the residents did not get water supply continuously, they resorted to a show down. As per the complaints, the sewerage line work going on in the area resulted in the damage of water pipe lines. The damage was not taken care of and many a houses in this area suffered due to no water supply. 
When the concerned authorities were contacted regarding this, they did not even give a satisfactory response. People are over agitated and are demanding an immediate action in this matter. The executive engineer of the water resource department has assured that water tankers will be sent to provide immediate relief to the residents.
