Depressions in the west have given rise to a gross change in weather. It is quite likely that it will remain active around Holi and as a result rainfall and hail storm can be experienced once again.

The entire day of Friday was cold. Winds blew at a speed of 25 to 30 km/hr bringing down the temperatures. A drop of 2.8 degrees was observed in the temperature. 1.5 inches of rain was also recorded on Friday in some parts of Mewar.

The wind blowing in the Arabian Sea changed the weather to a great extent making people feel cold all over again. The farmers are now worried as the rains have damaged a lot of crops. The masses could be seen wrapped in warm clothes and by evening the wind speed reduced to 15 km/hr. The minimum temperature recorded on Friday was 14 degrees. 

Badgaon and Vallabhnagar experienced 1 mm rainfall each, Gogunda, Lasadia and Kotda had 6 mm each, Salumber had 5 mm and Sarada, Semari, Bhindar and Kanod had 3 mm of rainfall each.
