With the temperature touching above 45 degrees in Udaipur, it was the hottest season we have ever seen and now the hottest month of May is packing up, let’s see what June brings. As we are moving closer to the time of monsoon arriving in Udaipur we hope to get at least enough rain to fill our drying thirsty lakes. So, we can have a mesmerizing view of green aravali hills, over flowing Fateh Sagar lake and sparkling blue Lake Pichola. That’s more than enough, a reason to be happy. But the fact is we are actually careless and selfish when it comes to our ever loving city. We want things to get settled by its own without our contribution, that’s not possible. We don’t want to know that the water we are using for our domestic purpose is actually coming from where. Is it from Fateh Sagar or Swaroop Sagar or Pichola? Who cares till we have enough to use and enough to waste?
