Jagdish Teli, para swimmer from Udaipur snatched 1 Gold medal and 3 Silver at the recently concluded National Para Swimming and Athletic Championship.
The tournament was held at Jaipur from 31 March till 4 April. Athletes from across India participated in the event. Jagdish competed in the 200 meter relay, where he got Gold and secured a Silver each in the 100 meter free style, 100 meter back stroke and 100 meter butterfly.

Lalit Singh Jhala, from District Sports Association, said that Jagdish has been training under Mahesh Paliwal for the last three years and was felicitated by District Collector, Rohit Gupta in the presence of staff from the Khelgaon swimming pool and Terahoke Members.
